We are working with a welcoming and supportive school in Liverpool that is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their office team after the Easter break. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience working in a busy school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing communication systems including Parent App and Parent Pay
Taking minutes during meetings with parents and external professionals and producing clear follow-up letters
Supporting with general administrative duties including filing, organising records, and maintaining accurate documentation
Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors
Assisting with other duties carried out by the school administration team to ensure the smooth running of the office
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working in a school administration role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident taking meeting minutes and producing professional written correspondence
Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy school office
Friendly, professional, and able to work well as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
