Pay: £16.25-£18 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are recruiting experienced School Administrators to support schools across Merseyside with short-term and long-term temporary cover. These roles are ideal for administrators with previous school experience who can quickly adapt to new environments and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Providing front office and administrative support within a school setting
Managing pupil records, attendance, and admissions
Using school MIS systems including SIMS, Arbor, and/or Bromcom
Handling enquiries from parents, staff, and external agencies
Supporting safeguarding and compliance processes
Managing diaries, correspondence, and general admin tasks
Assisting with data entry, reporting, and school communications
Requirements
Previous experience working as a School Administrator (essential)
Experience using SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy school environment
Professional, friendly, and flexible approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
