My Local Authority client in Sussex is looking to appoint a talented SAP (to Oracle) Payroll Specialist on a Contract basis.
This role will support the Council with their Oracle implementation, preparing current SAP builds and processes to define the functional requirements for Oracle.
About the role:
Based in Sussex (Hybrid):
- Primarily this is a SAP Payroll position, with Oracle knowledge being an added benefit.
- To be able to analyse the build and business process used in SAP to help define, validate, and document detailed business and functional calculation rules/requirements for the HR and Payroll processes in Oracle
- Engage with functional leads to map existing SAP business practices into Oracle compatible processes.
- Collaborate with functional leads and the SI to review configuration, integrations, reporting requirements and data migration logic, based on their SAP knowledge
- Support functional leads with addressing queries from SI on requirements, calculation rules, configuration, and data migration mapping (SAP related)
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience of HR & Payroll implementations and processes.
- Demonstrable experience of SAP is essential.
- Further experience of moving from SAP to Oracle is highly desired.
- Local Authority or Public Sector experience is essential.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £500-£550+ per day, inside IR35
