Are you a proactive, organised, and commercially minded professional looking to make an impact in the environmental services sector? Spencer Clarke Group are working with a fast-growing, innovative organisation who are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join their team based in Southport. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two days are the same, and your contribution will directly drive commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and managing quotations and proposals, supporting commercial operations
- Assisting in negotiating pricing, volumes, and contractual terms with new and existing clients
- Acting as the key point of contact for client queries, ensuring professional and timely communication
- Coordinating with internal teams (planning, accounts, management) to deliver seamless service
- Maintaining accurate account records and generating reports for clients and senior management
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with colleagues across the business
About you
- Experience in commercial or administrative roles within waste management, environmental services, or logistics
- Strong knowledge of waste regulations is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach
