Residential Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Support Worker to provide high-quality support to students with Autism and learning difficulties. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and daily living skills within a safe and supportive residential environment. Applicants must have relevant experience working with individuals with additional needs and demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. A valid enhanced Child and Adult DBS is required, or a willingness to obtain one prior to commencing work. This is a temporary, flexible role offered on an as-and when required basis, making it ideal for individuals seeking adaptable working opportunities.
