We're currently partnering with a Local Authority to fill a crucial role as a Residential Childcare Worker within Bradford's Children and Young People's Services!
Within this role, you'll play a vital part in providing personalised care to children and young people, tailoring your support to their individual needs. By fostering a stable and nurturing environment, you'll empower them to address past experiences and challenges, enabling them to realise their full potential for a brighter future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empowering children and young people to reach their full potential
- Undertaking commissioned work within Children and Young People's Services
- Ensuring sensitive and comprehensive care that meets diverse needs
- Acting as a key worker for specified individuals, overseeing their Placement Plans
- Contributing to a supportive living environment within the Home
- Facilitating the placement process for incoming young people in line with Home policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience working directly with children and young people
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
