About the Role

As a Teacher of English, you'll deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that spark curiosity and a love of language. You'll step into various secondary classrooms to provide cover and continuity, ensuring students continue to progress in the absence of their usual teacher. Your subject knowledge, enthusiasm and adaptability will make a real difference to pupils across KS3 and KS4.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong subject knowledge in English Language and/or English Literature

• Effective classroom and behaviour management

• Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments

Pay rates include 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, though permanent opportunities may become available.
