EYFS Teacher - Primary School

Pay: From £150 per day, dependent on experience

Spencer Clarke Group are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Leyland who are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about early childhood development and can create an engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where young learners can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.

• Support pupils' personal, social and emotional development.

• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.

• Track and assess pupil progress through observation and assessment.

• Work collaboratively with support staff, parents and the wider school team.

• Participate fully in staff meetings, planning sessions and school activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Experience teaching within EYFS or Reception.

• Strong understanding of early years development and phonics.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
