Year 3 Class Teacher - Primary School
Location: Liverpool
Start Date: ASAP (or September 2025)
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (Until End of Academic Year)
Pay: £130 - £250 per day (dependent on experience)

Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Liverpool who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to inspire pupils, promote progress and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.

• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND.

• Assess, track and report on pupil progress and attainment.

• Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and curiosity.

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to wider school initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Experience teaching in KS2, ideally within Year 3.

• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

• A positive, reflective and adaptable teaching approach.
