Rate: £50-£60 per hour - Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract

We are working with a Local Authority in the Midlands who are seeking a qualified Property Lawyer.
This role has a strong transactional focus, offering the opportunity to work on a broad range of local authority property matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases, licences, transfers, deeds and associated property documentation.
- Assist with residential conveyancing matters as required.
- Provide legal input into development and regeneration projects.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX Lawyer.
- Experience handling property-related legal work, including transactional matters.
- Strong drafting, advisory and negotiation skills.
