My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Programme Manager on a Contract basis.
The Programme Manager will play a critical role in establishing and accelerating delivery of the organisations new transformation portfolio, reporting to the Assistant Director of Change. The role is focused on rapidly translating strategic priorities into a clear and deliverable portfolio of programmes and projects, ensuring work is mobilised quickly and set up for successful delivery.

- Salary: £37 per hour, Inside IR35

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- The post holder will shape, structure and support early-stage transformation activity
- Working closely with senior leaders, services and delivery colleagues, the Programme Manager will help move work from concept and design into active delivery
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary activity across services, drawing on programme delivery, service design, business analysis and subject matter expertise
- The Programme Manager will apply proportionate programme and project management approaches, including Agile, PRINCE2 and MSP
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Experience of mobilising and setting up complex programmes or portfolios of work
- Strong background in programme and project delivery, with experience using Agile, PRINCE2 and or MSP
- Local Authority experience is essential
