Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and helping them thrive in a school environment? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our team in Lancaster.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in pupils' education and development. Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis, and candidates can choose their preferred year group to work with, from EYFS through to Year 6.
We are seeking individuals who are patient, motivated, and committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning experience. Experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH, or challenging behaviour is highly desirable, as is a relevant qualification in Education or Teaching Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to provide targeted support
Assist in managing behaviour and promoting positive learning environments
Help prepare classroom materials and resources
Foster emotional and social development through positive interaction

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
