Primary Teaching Assistant

We are looking for committed and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools across Lancaster. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with the option to work within your preferred key stage - from EYFS through to Year 6.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school or directly with children is essential

• A relevant qualification such as Level 2/3 in Teaching and Learning or Childcare is preferred

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH or behavioural needs is highly desirable

• Confident in delivering support in class, in small groups or on a 1:1 basis

• Reliable, adaptable and able to work as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
