Primary Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Primary Teacher to support schools across Leicestershire by delivering engaging, inclusive, and high-quality lessons that promote pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England, ensuring that learning activities are appropriately differentiated to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND, EAL, and a range of learning abilities. You will create a positive, supportive, and well-managed classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. The role also involves assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records to support attainment and development. We are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to different classroom environments, work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff, and contribute positively to the wider school community. A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education is essential. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach will help ensure continuity of learning and a positive experience for pupils across the schools you support.
