Primary Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reflective and committed Primary Teacher to join our welcoming and inclusive school in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners and promote strong progress across the curriculum. You will create a positive, stimulating and safe classroom environment where children feel valued, supported and motivated to achieve their best. The role involves effective assessment, tracking and use of data to inform teaching, differentiation to support pupils of varying abilities including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders to contribute to whole-school development, communicate effectively with parents and carers, and uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, creativity in their teaching approach, and a genuine passion for supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.
