Primary School Teaching Assistant - Wirral

Spencer Clarke Group are working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across the whole Wirral and are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
We partner with schools across all areas of the Wirral, offering flexible opportunities to suit your availability, experience and preferred key stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
Provide 1:1 and small group support, including pupils with SEND.
Assist pupils with learning, behaviour and emotional development.
Help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support pupils during lessons, transitions and structured interventions.
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children in a school, childcare or similar setting.
A patient, caring and proactive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's education.
