We are currently recruiting for a range of Pastoral Support roles across secondary schools in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. These roles are perfect for individuals who are committed to making a real difference in students' wellbeing, behaviour, and overall school experience.

Whether you have experience as a Pastoral Support Worker, Behaviour Mentor, Learning Mentor, or Teaching Assistant, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

  • Supporting students with behaviour, wellbeing, and emotional needs
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to provide targeted support
  • Managing behaviour and promoting positive engagement in school
  • Liaising with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies
  • Supporting attendance, safeguarding, and inclusion strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
