Part time School Site Assistant

Part-Time Site Manager - School Setting (Maidenhead)
Start Date: Monday 13th April
Hours: Approximately 3.5-4 hours per day (from 7:30am)

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Site Manager to join our school in the Maidenhead area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for staff and pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening the school site each morning
• General maintenance and basic repairs
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met
• Site security and safeguarding responsibilities
• Liaising with contractors where required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous site management, caretaker, or maintenance experience (ideally within a school setting)
• A hands-on, can-do attitude
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
• Reliability and ability to work independently

Additional Information:

• This role has the potential to increase in hours over time
• Additional hours will be available during school holiday periods to support site cover

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
