Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 4:00pm - 6:30pm (12.5 hours per week)
Rate of Pay: £16.25 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time School Cleaner to join a school in the CH49 area of the Wirral. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting as required

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly

• Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any issues

• Following health & safety, COSHH, and school cleaning procedures

• Completing tasks efficiently within the allocated time

Essential Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience (school or commercial setting preferred)

• Willingness to undergo reference checks

• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check

• Ability to provide proof of Right to Work in the UK

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
