Outreach Tutor (SEND / SEMH)
North East Local Authority - Middlesbrough
We are currently recruiting Outreach Tutors to work with learners who are not in mainstream education due to SEND or SEMH needs.
Role
- Deliver 1:1 tuition in the community or home settings
- Support students with additional needs to re-engage in education
- Plan and adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles
- Build positive, consistent relationships with learners
Location
- Middlesbrough
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting SEND and/or SEMH learners
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Flexible and reliable approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
