Occupational Therapist (Adult Social Care)
Full time locum contract
Hybrid working, flexible working arrangements for visits
£32p/h Umbrella
We are recruiting an Occupational Therapist for our local authority clients adult social care service in Nottingham.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and review care packages for adults.
- Complete functional assessments and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Prescribe, review and arrange the provision of moving and handling equipment to support independence and safety.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional standards.
Requirements:
- Must have a Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy and must have current HCPC registration.
- Strong knowledge of care package reviews and equipment provision.
- Experience with Liquid Logic case management system (preferred).
