Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Neighbourhood housing officer for a Local Authority Client in Northwest London.

In this role, you will support residents to resolve housing and neighbourhood issues and improve community wellbeing.

Duties:

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for residents, addressing housing and neighbourhood issues.
  • Work with residents to identify root causes of problems and find long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams and external partners to provide joined-up support.
  • Monitor trends and patterns to help improve services and community outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Experience building positive relationships with residents or community members.
  • Experience resolving disputes or managing challenging situations.
  • Knowledge of housing, tenancy, or community support services.
  • Experience working collaboratively with teams and external partners.

What's on offer:

Salary: £27ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6 months minimum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
