My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented MOSAIC System Analyst / Consultant on a Contract basis.
The role will support the successful delivery of Council's Mosaic Improvement Programme by acting as the lead Business Analyst, working across Children's Services, ICT, and partner teams.
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- This role will gather, define, and validate requirements, ensure system configurations are fit for purpose, and support end-to-end delivery of Mosaic-related improvements including Group Recording, workflow redesign, and Family Help integration
- Lead requirements gathering across multiple workstreams within the Mosaic Programme
- Support the configuration, testing, and rollout of Mosaic system changes
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) artefacts for assigned areas
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Children's Social Care or Mosaic projects.
- Working knowledge of case management systems, Mosaic configuration, or similar tools.
- PRINCE2, Agile or Business Analysis certification
- Experience in local authority environments
