Junior Planning Lawyer
Rate: £30-£40 per hour - Negotiable DOE

We are seeking a Junior Planning Lawyer to join a busy and supportive local authority legal team.
This role will focus primarily on Section 106 Agreements and related planning matters, supporting the wider team with high-quality drafting, negotiation and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating Section 106 Agreements.
- Preparing and advising on Deeds of Modification and related planning documentation.
Key Requirements
- 0-4 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
- Practical experience drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements.
- Exposure to planning enforcement matters (desirable).
