My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented IT Project Coordinator on a Contract basis.
My client require a project support/coordination resource to enable successful delivery of the Windows 11 desktop refresh project. The role is hands-on, operational, and focused on coordination, scheduling, data management, deployment logistics, user engagement, and issue tracking.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £350 per day, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for the Windows 11 desktop refresh programme
- Manage deployment schedules across users, sites, and teams
- Maintain accurate deployment data, inventories, trackers, and logs
- Coordinate logistics for device refresh activities (appointments, locations, equipment readiness)
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Proven experience supporting device deployments, desktop refreshes, or large-scale user rollouts
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, inventories, and deployment logs
- Local Authority experience is essential
