HRA Accountant (Interim)
Location: East Midlands (hybrid - minimum 2 days per week on site)
A large public-sector organisation in the East Midlands is seeking an HRA Accountant to support the delivery of housing finance activity within a busy finance function.
This role requires prior experience of working with the Housing Revenue Account, though candidates do not need to be a deep technical specialist.
What's on offer
£400 - £550 per day, Inside IR35 (dependent on experience)
Hybrid working - minimum 2 days per week in the office
3-6 month initial contract
Full-time assignment
About the role
You will support HRA budget monitoring, forecasting and financial planning activity, working closely with service managers and senior finance colleagues.
The role will also involve supporting year-end processes and providing clear, practical financial advice to non-finance stakeholders.

About you
Essential Experience & Skills
Prior experience working with the Housing Revenue Account
