My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Housing Programme Manager / PMO on a Contract basis.
The role will deliver a number of core strategic programmes within a portfolio of change, to improve the customer and resident experience.
About the role:
Based in South London (Hybrid - flexible):
- Within the Council's PMO, you will deliver numerous projects / programmes, primarily for the Housing programme.
- Projects / Programmes may include Inspection Readiness (Social Housing Regulator), customer journey improvement, service improvement, etc.
- You will work closely with the Council's PMO and Portfolio Manager.
- You may be required to lead 2-3 project managers within your remit.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, in a Local Authority context.
- Excellent leadership, service improvement and transformation skills.
- Understanding of PMO and solid project / programme management fundamentals and methodologies.
- Local Authority experience is essential.

- Salary: £650 per day, inside IR35
