Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Liaison Officer for a Client in North London.
In this role, you will support tenants, manage day-to-day housing issues, and work with residents and partner agencies to create safe, well-managed and sustainable neighbourhoods.
Duties:
- Manage tenancies, including new sign-ups, tenancy changes, visits and ongoing tenancy sustainment.
- Respond to and resolve housing issues such as anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes and tenancy breaches.
- Support residents through advice, visits and partnership working, with a focus on vulnerable tenants
- Work closely with internal teams, residents' groups and external agencies to maintain safe, clean and well-managed estates.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Experience working directly with the public in a customer-focused or service delivery environment.
- Experience handling challenging situations, including complaints, disputes or anti-social behaviour.
- Experience working in a diverse community and engaging with people from different backgrounds.
- Experience within housing, tenancy management or a similar frontline role, or demonstrable transferable skills.
What's on offer:
Salary: £23ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 5-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
