Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Business Support for a Local Authority Client in Berkshire.

In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support across Homelessness and Asylum/Refugee services to help the team run efficiently and support residents effectively.

Duties:

  • Manage shared mailboxes, appointments, interpreters, and case records.
  • Support multi-agency meetings with agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Produce performance reports and maintain financial records, invoices, and spend trackers.
  • Handle sensitive information and ensure smooth daily operations for the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Experience providing administrative or business support in a busy environment.
  • Experience managing records, emails, and scheduling tasks efficiently.
  • Experience supporting meetings, including taking minutes and tracking actions.
  • Experience handling confidential information and financial administration.

What's on offer:

Salary: £17ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
