Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Home Ownership Specialist for a Local Authority Client in Kingston.
In this role, you will lead and manage homeownership services, including Right to Buy applications, leasehold management and homeowner engagement.
Duties:
- Lead the Right to Buy application process and other homeownership initiatives.
- Manage lease renewals, extensions, permissions, and enforcement of lease terms.
- Provide service charge advice and respond to leaseholder queries on rights and responsibilities.
- Conduct homeowner consultations and stakeholder engagement to support policy and service improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Experience managing Right to Buy applications or similar homeownership processes.
- Proven track record in leasehold management, including renewals, permissions, and enforcement.
- Experience providing financial and service charge advice to homeowners or leaseholders.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and consultation, working with residents, legal, and finance teams.
What's on offer:
Salary: £32ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
