Food Technology Teacher

We are looking for passionate Food Technology Teachers to work within a Secondary School in Blackpool for a minimum of two terms.

This is a great position to help students to develop practical skills, nutritional knowlege and develop a love for cooking.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering Food Technology lessons across KS3-KS4
• Following pre-prepared work and maintaining health & safety standards
• Encouraging creativity, independence, and skill development
• Supporting classroom and behaviour management

Ideal candidate:

• QTS or relevant secondary teaching experience in Food Technology
• Strong subject knowledge and practical teaching skills
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Flexible, reliable, and passionate about student learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
