Food Safety Contractor

My client in Kent is looking to appoint a talented Food Safety Contractor.

My client are seeking an experienced Food Safety Contractor to join their Environmental Health Team on a temporary/contract basis.

What's on offer:

• Hybrid working

• Contract type: Contract (till March 2026)
• Hours: Monday to Friday

About the role:

Based in Kent (Hybrid):

• Conduct food hygiene and safety inspections and interventions in Category D, E, and unrated premises
• Ensure compliance with the Food Law Code of Practice and internal procedures
• Prepare clear and accurate inspection reports

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• BSc (Hons) Degree in Environmental Health or Higher Certificate in Food Control (or equivalent)
• Registration with the Environmental Health Registration Board (EHRB) and/or the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Professional Registers
• Have a demonstrable minimum of 3 year's experience delivering food hygiene and safety official controls and interventions
