We're recruiting on behalf of one of our public clients in the Redcar and Cleveland area, for a dedicated Family Time Officers to support children, young people, and families who require social care intervention.
In this role, you'll:
- Supervise and support Family Time sessions.
- Observe parent-child interactions and provide feedback.
- Complete parenting assessments and offer guidance to parents.
- Transport children safely to and from sessions.
- Keep accurate records and reports.
- Work closely with social workers, carers, and partner agencies.
We're looking for candidates with experience working directly with children and families, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to remain professional in challenging situations. Flexibility is essential, with some evening and weekend work required.
Contract length: 3/6 months, with the expectation of rolling month to month.
Rate of Pay: £16.00-£20.00
Working hours: Fulltime, 37 hours per week.
