We are recruiting an experienced Family Support Worker to join a Local Authority Fostering Team in Darlington
This role will support children currently living with foster carers.

  • Support school attendance, transitions, and engagement in education.
  • Support family time arrangements as directed by the team.
  • Work closely with foster carers and the fostering team to ensure the child's needs are understood and met.
