Family Liaison and Admissions Officer
Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Term Time Only + 3 weeks)
Salary: NJC Scale (TBC)
Are you passionate about supporting families and making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Family Liaison and Admissions Officer to join our dedicated team.
In this pivotal role, you will:
Act as the first point of contact for prospective admissions and placement enquiries, guiding families through every stage of the process with professionalism and care.
Lead on the coordination and delivery of autism-specific admissions and transition procedures, ensuring smooth and supportive experiences for learners and their families.
Build and sustain positive relationships with parents, carers, and wider stakeholders, enhancing engagement and communication across our community.
Monitor and evaluate learner experiences, presenting outcomes and next steps to key forums to inform ongoing improvement.

We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and sensitivity.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of family engagement and admissions processes within an educational or care context.
Is committed to promoting inclusion and supporting young people with autism and additional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay.
This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
