EYFS/KS1 Teaching Assistant

A welcoming primary school in South Lancaster is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teacher to provide full-time cover in a mixed EYFS/Year 1/Year 2 class for the Summer Term. This role is required five days per week, including lunchtime duty, with working hours from 9:00am to 3:30pm.

The position is due to commence after the Easter break and will continue for the duration of the Summer Term. The school is currently recruiting permanently; however, this cover role is essential to ensure continuity of learning should recruitment not be finalised in time.

We are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic practitioner who:

• Has experience teaching within EYFS and/or KS1

• Can confidently manage a mixed-age class

• Creates a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment

• Is committed to supporting children's academic and personal development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
