Preston | 27.5 Hours | ASAP Start | Ongoing Contract

Do you have experience supporting young children and want to make a real difference in Early Years?

We're looking for a nurturing and resilient Pupil Support Worker to provide targeted support for EYFS pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

The Role:

• Support individual pupils and small groups in EYFS

• Deliver targeted SEMH interventions and in-class support

• Help with morning routines, transitions and attendance

• Work closely with teachers, SENCo and pastoral team

• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation

We're Looking For:

• EYFS or primary experience

• SEMH or vulnerable learner support experience (preferred)

• Calm, patient and consistent approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
