My client in Staffordshire are looking to appoint a talented ERP - Procurement Lead on a Contract basis.
My client are seeking a highly capable Procurement & Systems Lead to support procurement activity within a regulated local government environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys working with complex data, and has a strong understanding of public sector procurement compliance and systems.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £350 per day, Outside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Staffordshire (Hybrid):
- Use SAP Ariba and S/4HANA to support procurement and supplier management processes
- Maintain and manage contract and procurement data within regulated systems and contract registers
- Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and associated statutory requirements
- Produce clear insights and reports using Excel, Power BI, and related tools
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Proven experience using SAP Ariba and S/4HANA
- Sound understanding of the Procurement Act 2023 and compliance requirements
- Local Authority experience is essential
