About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to deliver statutory psychological advice and support across the Southeast.
This position combines face-to-face assessments with opportunities for remote working, offering flexibility while ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and young people.

You will work collaboratively with schools, families, and local authority teams to provide timely, evidence-based advice for Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments both in person and remotely.
• Prepare detailed, high-quality statutory reports.
• Offer expert advice and consultation to schools and settings.
• Work in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
• Manage your caseload efficiently and meet agreed timescales.

Requirements

• HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist.
• Strong experience in EHC needs assessments.
• Confident using both in-person and virtual assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for assessments.
