Educational Psychologist - East Midlands
Job Description:
Seeking Educational Psychologist to join a Educational Psychology Service in the East Midlands.
You'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential, working collaboratively with schools, families, and partner agencies to promote inclusion, wellbeing, and positive educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality psychological services to children and young people across a range of educational settings.
- Undertake psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations to support learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals to deliver effective support plans.
- Contribute to statutory assessments and the development of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Support whole-school approaches to wellbeing, inclusion, and achievement.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Educational Psychology.
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience working within an Educational Psychology Service or school setting.
- Strong understanding of SEND legislation, safeguarding, and best practice in education.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience (Inside & Outside IR35)
Location: East Midlands (hybrid and flexible working available)
