Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing a wide range of contract documentation.
- Advising on procurement processes and mitigating associated risks.
- Drafting and negotiating agreements including:
- Services agreements
- Funding and grant agreements
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX, with a current practising certificate.
- Experience in contracts and procurement law within local government.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
