My client in the Midlands are looking to appoint a talented Communication Engagement Officer on a Contract basis.
They are seeking a dynamic and passionate Communication Engagement Officer to join their Families First team. In this pivotal role, you will lead on developing and delivering engaging communications that connect families, young people, and community partners with the support and services available through Families First.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £25 per hour, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Midlands (Hybrid):
- Develop and deliver engaging communications that promote Families First services to families, young people, and community partners
- Create accessible and inclusive content across digital, print, and social media platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including schools, VCSE organisations, health services, police services, youth groups and communities
- Coordinate community engagement activities, such as events, workshops, and campaigns
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Proven experience developing & delivering engagement communication campaigns
- Strong knowledge coordinating community engagement activities
- Local Authority experience is essential
