My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Commissioning and Procurement Officer - Policy & Governance on a Contract basis.
You will work to support the Commissioning Governance Board to provide procurement governance administration and support on policy research and development including for London Living Wage, Modern Slavery, Ethical Sourcing and the Social Value Programme.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £38,000 - £46,000
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Providing professional commissioning and procurement project support to commissioning leads across the organisation
- Developing excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise the understanding of commissioning and procurement to deliver positive outcomes
- Maintaining the organisations commissioning and procurement guidance materials and templates
- Supporting the procurement governance/gateway process to ensure timely and informed commercial decisions
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- CIPS qualified
- Have strong stakeholder management skills able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences
- Local Authority experience is essential
