Rate: £300-£400 per day - Negotiable DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and regeneration matters.
- Draft and negotiate a full range of agreements including:
- Leases, licences, easements and wayleaves
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Development and regeneration agreements
- Advise on CPOs, land law, and landlord & tenant matters.
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX (England & Wales).
- Have strong experience in commercial property and local government law.
- Demonstrate expertise across land transactions and regeneration projects.
