Set within a calm and nurturing environment, this service provides tailored education and therapeutic support designed to help students thrive academically, emotionally and socially. You'll join a team that believes in possibility - not limitation - and works collaboratively to help young people build confidence, independence and a sense of belonging.
The Opportunity

Your contribution will help ensure every young person receives the understanding, empathy and specialist support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions, both individually and in groups.
- Develop and implement psychological formulations and care plans tailored to each student's unique needs.

- Contribute to ongoing service evaluation and development, helping shape a culture of continuous improvement.
- Supervise Assistant Psychologists and support professional learning within the team.
About You
- Doctorate in Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychology (or equivalent).
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience working with young people with autism and/or social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Strong ability to build trust, communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Commitment to promoting dignity, self-advocacy and independence in young people.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary reflective of experience and expertise.
- Pension scheme and life assurance cover.
- Funded CPD, clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Health cashback plan for dental, optical and therapy costs.
- Employee assistance and wellbeing programmes.
- Cycle-to-work and car lease schemes.
- Access to discounts and perks through employee rewards platforms.
- Supportive, values-led working culture that prioritises wellbeing and professional growth.
