Call Handler/Responder

We are looking for a Call Handler / Responder on behalf of one of our clients in the Derby area on a temporary basis. You will join a Carelink team, supporting vulnerable adults across the city.

What we're looking for

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls

• Safely assist uninjured fallers using specialist equipment

• Install, maintain, and collect telecare devices

• Liaise with healthcare professionals and emergency services

• Work across a flexible 24/7 rota including weekends and bank holidays

🔧 Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence

• Comfortable working shifts and lone working

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic health observation skills (training provided)

Contract length: 3/6 months, with expectation of extension.

Rate of Pay: £14.00-£17.00

Working hours: Fulltime, 37 hours per week.
