My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Business Analyst on a Contract basis.
The successful candidate will work with Strategic Change Programme workstream delivery teams and senior responsible officers to develop and deliver detailed communication and engagement plans that are synchronised with project plans.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £400 per day, inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Analyse education service processes such as SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, and Educational Psychology to identify and implement improvements in efficiency and functionality.
- Lead system developments and implement new functionalities within MRI (Capita) One, ensuring seamless integration and minimal service disruptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop MRI (Capita) One portals, including portal and forms development , to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of MRI(Capita) One enhancements and new processes.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within local authority (LA) education services.
- Strong expertise in supporting and configuring the MRI (Capita) One system, including developing new functionalities, and implementing changes.
- Local Authority experience is essential
