Behaviour Mentor - Specialist Provision

£100 - £115 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support children and young people with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs within specialist education settings across Liverpool.

You'll work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, providing mentoring, promoting positive behaviour, and helping them build confidence and engage with learning in a safe, structured environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people with behavioural or additional needs

• Calm, patient and proactive approach

• Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

• 24 months of employment references with no significant gaps

• Full-time, term-time availability
