Your role as a SEMH Mentor: As a SEMH Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to students facing SEMH challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong and trusting relationships with students to foster a sense of safety and belonging.
- Delivering one-on-one and group support sessions to address individual SEMH needs.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to create tailored learning plans that consider SEMH requirements.
- Providing emotional support and strategies to help students manage their mental and emotional well-being.
- Encouraging a positive learning environment and promoting engagement in class.

Requirements:
- Experience in a related role or working with students with SEMH needs is advantageous.

- Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students overcome their SEMH challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
