My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Application Services Delivery Manager on a Contract basis.

You will be responsible for leading application services, managing technical teams and suppliers, and ensuring our application estate supports organisational priorities while delivering maximum value for users.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £500 a day inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Lead the strategic development, implementation and ongoing management of the Council's application portfolio
- Manage the delivery and performance of application services, ensuring high availability, resilience and excellent customer service
- Lead and develop a team of technical specialists, providing leadership, coaching and performance management
- Act as the technical lead for application implementations, upgrades, migrations and integration projects
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing enterprise application services within a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, including SaaS, cloud platforms, databases, integrations and enterprise systems
- Local Authority experience is essential
